Terms of Service

I. Prohibited Content

1. Hosting hacking tools, trojans, viruses, pornography, scams, private game servers, cheats, gambling, adult content, counterfeit goods, fake medical products, weapons, surveillance tools, spam/recharge software, scraping services or similar content is prohibited. Any such content found will result in immediate termination of the account;

2. Websites that have been or are being targeted by DDoS/CC attacks are not permitted on shared hosting; please consider a DDoS-protected server instead;

3. Chat rooms, audio/video streaming, high-traffic downloads, scraping and other resource-intensive programs are not allowed on shared hosting. If found, the service will be suspended until the content is removed; please consider a dedicated server for such workloads;

4. Sending spam from web hosting is prohibited; accounts found doing so will be suspended or deleted;

5. No hacking activity of any kind is permitted. Please observe these rules to protect other customers and your own service.

2. Account Security

Information you register with us is kept confidential and is never disclosed to third parties.

If you hand your account over to a third party, contact support to update the registration details; the registrant and the third party bear all resulting legal responsibility. We accept no liability.

We do not provide technical support to unauthorized third parties by any channel (phone, chat, tickets, email).

III. Data Backup

We maintain a comprehensive backup system to minimize the risk of data loss or damage.

However, we cannot guarantee complete or timely data recovery in the event of force majeure such as fire, earthquake, war or hardware failure.

We therefore recommend backing up at least weekly and downloading a copy to your own computer.

If you delete data by mistake, contact us immediately — older backups may be overwritten by newer ones.

Contact support if you need a backup from us, but please do not rely solely on our backups.

We are not liable for data loss caused by user deletion or intrusion, nor for any incompleteness of backups we provide.

Server customers must configure their own backups; we are not responsible for customer data.

IV. Access Speed

Given the nature of the Internet, slower access caused by attacks, viruses, hardware, carriers or network congestion is to be expected from time to time.

Our Hong Kong data center connects to other regions via international bandwidth; access speed may vary by region and time of day.

V. Duty to Notify

Please renew before expiry. Unrenewed services are suspended on expiry and data is deleted one week later.

If you do not intend to renew, back up and download your data before expiry; we are not liable for data deleted after expiry.

6. How to Get a Refund

Our promise: full unconditional refund within 3 days of purchase; after 3 days, a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

Refunds are credited to your account balance, which can be used for other products or withdrawn.

Products that are non-refundable once effective, such as domain registrations and SSL certificates, are excluded.

7. Liability for Damages

For service interruptions caused by us, liability is limited to direct, actual losses.

In no event does this include indirect losses or lost profits, and total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid.

VIII. Denial of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user, whether new or existing.

We reserve this right to ensure we can provide a secure, effective, and usable service environment for the vast majority of users.

9. Other Notices

1. We do not provide technical support for software you install; please contact the software vendor.

2. We are not responsible for changes in search engine indexing or rankings.

We may amend these Terms within the limits of the law without prior notice.
